TheMetaData offers a life free for new users, during which they can explore the Basic Plan features available on the platform along with a life-time free. Since no credit card is required to start the trial and users are not charged.
2. Subscription Services
If a user subscribes to any of TheMetaData's paid services, they are ineligible to receive a refund. We encourage users to fully explore the freemium features before upgrading to ensure the platform meets their needs. Users can cancel their paid subscription anytime to prevent further charges. However, charges already incurred for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All TheMetaData services, such as the charges for an TheMetaData Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by TheMetaData to provide these services. This includes one-time Chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.
